P Series Plasma Table
CNC plasma cutting involves cutting through electrically conductive materials by utilizing an accelerated jet of hot plasma that is directed right at the material being cut. Steel, aluminum, brass, and copper are only a handful of the types of materials that are often cut with a CNC plasma table. However, other types of conductive metals can be cut with a CNC plasma cutter as well.
CNC plasma cutters are used in a variety of environments. These include fabrication and welding centers, auto repair and restoration shops, industrial construction sites, and salvage operation sites. Plasma cutting can be utilized in large production facilities or by hobbyists at home, making its application quite varied across many applications. CNC plasma cutters have also become very reasonably priced.
The P Series can be purchase with a plasma power source or without. Every P Series comes with an automatic torch height system that will work with most plasma power sources.

AUTOMATIC TORCH HEIGHT CONTROLLER
This feature allows the torch head to maintain a constant height above the material being cut. Materials tend to move with heat as they are being cut because of thermal expansion. The height of the head above the material is key to obtaining a high quality cut. This system allows the head to move in the Z axis to compensate for thermal expansion.
COVERED AND PROTECTED LINEAR RAILS
High quality linear rails give smooth and accurate motion. We protect the rails with bellows to keep dust and any slag from causing interference while cutting and creating downtime.
P Series Plasma Tables use 5mm thick sawtooth slats for supporting material that are being cut.
Each table is equipped with a water reservoir table.
