The Atomic Series from Phantom CNC Systems combines industrial strength with high-precision performance, making it ideal for demanding production environments. Built on a welded .180 mild steel frame and laser-aligned to within ±0.03" over 12 feet, it ensures lasting rigidity and accuracy. High-precision linear bearings on all axes reduce resistance and boost torque, while the 12 HP air-cooled spindle with ER32 collets delivers smooth, reliable cutting. The multi-zone Bakelite vacuum table, integrated T-slots, and 600 lb pneumatic rollers keep materials firmly in place, even during complex cuts. Powered by 750W Delta servos and driven by the HC-203C handheld controller, the Atomic offers PC-free, stable operation with no risk of system interruptions.

Highlights
Air-Cooled Spindle
Phantom machines come with maintenance-free, high-frequency ER collet spindles, programmable from 8,000 to 24,000 RPM, and include a vacuum hood and wrenches.
Z Axis Structure
The spindle alone is 70lbs. After it has been assembled the Z Axis section weighs more than 250lbs. We use a high precision and high speed ball screw system.
Dust Shoe/Boot
All Phantom CNC routers come equipped with a robust dust boot to assist with dust collection. The bristles create vacuum at the tool point while running projects.
Water-Oil Mist Cooling
The system cools, lubricates, and cleans tooling simultaneously, boosting speed, reducing time, cost, and tool wear, while ensuring quality essential for alloys and super-hard materials.
Controller Cabin

The Atomic single-tool machine features a Pneumatic Roller Hold Down System, delivering 600 lbs of pressure per roller for secure material hold-down & enhanced stability.
Vacuum Pump
Phantom CNC Systems offers vacuum pumps in 2.2kw, 5.5kw, and 7.5kw to aid in supplying the correct vacuum pump needed for your CNC table.
Controller System
The Atomic Phantom CNC system features the HC-203C controller with intuitive pendant control, designed for smooth operation and precision handling.
Fully Welded Steel Frame
The Atomic is built on a fully welded steel frame, providing maximum rigidity and stability for accurate, vibration-free cutting in demanding production environments.
