No. We do offer VCarve Pro (https://www.vectric.com/products/vcarve-pro)as an added cost of $730 for a lifetime subscription. We also offer an online tutorial by LearnYourCNC.com.(http://www.learnyourcnc.com/) It is a very informative tutorial for beginners. You will never gain so much knowledge for only $330 anywhere else!

Currently, we ship to the Continental US, Mexico, and Canada. We have not found an affordable way to move our heavy machinery into any other markets currently.

We ship all our machines on a flatbed, "hot shot" style transporter. This allows us to speak to the driver that will show up at your door and deliver your new Phantom CNC. This cost is usually around $3/mile. We are in Vanceboro, NC (28586).

YES! We do offer in-house or phone training with each machine. We also offer in-house training by one of Phantom's technicians, for an added cost. Usually training lasts between one and two hours, depending on the customer and their level of experience with CNC.

We offer support for as long as you own the machine. We believe in helping our customers get their Phantom equipment to perform at the standard that they expect. We work diligently to get each customer of ours to the point of success.
