Air-Cooled Spindle
Phantom machines come with maintenance-free, high-frequency ER collet spindles, programmable from 8,000 to 24,000 RPM, and include a vacuum hood and wrenches.
Z Axis Structure
The spindle alone is 22lbs. After it has been assembled the Z Axis section weighs more than 200lbs. We use a high precision and high speed ball screw system.
Dust Cover
The machine features dust covers on guide rails and helical rack and pinions, with a double-layer Y-axis design for debris protection, extending drive system life.
