Do you offer financing?

Yes! We do have several options to get your new Phantom equipment financed. Go to our "Financing" page for more information.

What payment options does Phantom offer?

Does software come with the purchase of a machine?

No. We do offer VCarve Pro as an added cost of $730 for a lifetime subscription.  We also offer an online tutorial by LearnYourCNC.com.  It is a very informative tutorial for beginners. You will never gain so much knowledge for only $330 anywhere else!

Do you ship Internationally?

Currently, we ship to the Continental US, Mexico, and Canada.  We have not found an affordable way to move our heavy machinery into any other markets currently.

How does shipping usually work?

We ship all our machines on a flatbed, "hot shot" style transporter. This allows us to speak to the driver that will show up at your door and deliver your new Phantom CNC. This cost is usually around $3/mile. We are in Vanceboro, NC (28586).

What is the Phantom CNC Warranty?

Phantom offers a one year warranty for all new machines.  This covers your machine if there are any mechanical or electrical issues that were defective at the time of purchase.  It does not cover normal wear and tear or any defective part due to negligence.  This warranty applies to the original owner(s) and is non-transferrable.

Do you offer training?

YES! We do offer in-house or phone training with each machine. We also offer in-house training by one of Phantom's technicians, for an added cost.  Usually training lasts between one and two hours, depending on the customer and their level of experience with CNC.

What support do you offer to your customers?

We offer support for as long as you own the machine.  We believe in helping our customers get their Phantom equipment to perform at the standard that they expect. We work diligently to get each customer of ours to the point of success.
