I think once I get the missing casters and the replacement for the broken plexiglass canister the system should work like a champ. Not sure how it was broken... shipment? Just not sure. I contacted phantom and was told the missing casters and canister would be shipped out right away. Today is day 2 and I have not received any shipping information? Hopefully the parts are on the way. I think phantom has some great products just not sure about quality control.
Ordered a dust collector that showed up missing parts and was broken! Contacted phantom two different times and was told the items would be shipped right away. Still waiting for the items, two weeks. Phantom has lost my business and I will be sure to advertise for them. Lack of quality and no customer service for broken items.
